Love these. We use them for our kids school lunches. Easy to clean put whatever they want to drink for lunch even smoothies. Sometime we make slushies with their juice put it in their lunch box and by lunch their drink is still colder then the ice pack in it. Great for kid quick breakfasts too. I’ll make it lactose free milk (son is lactose intolerant) add oatmeal, frozen fruit, and small amount of chocolate protein powder blend it up and pour ¾ the way up the night before. The oatmeal will swell a tiny bit but liquid enough to still drink. Only way I can get our kids to eat breakfast lol
